Berkeley, CA The Berkeley Hills residence is situated on a hilltop location overlooking Berkeley California and the surrounding Bay Area. To capitalize on the project’s hilled location, the proposed design opens the back of the house to the views beyond while creating a series of outdoor spaces and “live roof “ areas for exterior use.
